Samsung unveiling ultra HD tvs starting at Rs 3.25 lakh
Berlin, Sep 6 – Samsung unveiled seven new products across verticals, including two models of ultra high definition, that are expected to be launched in Indian market this month at prices of Rs 3.25 lakh and Rs 4.40 lakh, respectively.
A company official said that the TV sets would be available for Indian markets this month and would be priced at approximately Rs 3.25 lakh and Rs 4.40 lakh for 55-inch and 65-inch, respectively.
Besides, the company announced the launch of 55 inch OLED TV which had been made available in the European markets at a price of 8,000 euro.
"The UHD TV would give views an unique TV watching experience and sharper image quality. With just one Connect Box it would also give customers a relief from hassles of cable wires," Michael Zoller Senior Director European Sales and Marketing at Samsung said, adding Samsung is in the business of making TV for 40 years now.
The company unveiled two commercial monitors with screen sizes of 98 inch and 31.5 inches.
Samsung at the event showcased new products in across product range which included refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners and range of computer printers.
