Malaysian court gives life long prison punishment to Nepalis
Kathmandu, June 8 – Two Nepalis in Malaysia has been sentenced for the life long prison for kidnapping a security firm CEO two years ago by Malayisan Court.
Of The two men,it includes R. Roshan (32), and T. Ramesh, 30. According to local reports the two men and their partner in crime C. Rudra (39) were found guilty of abducting A. Kanapathy (66) in Port Klang in on March 7, 2011, with an intention to obtain 10kg gold in ransom.
"The victim was not injured. The gold (ransom) has been recovered and returned to the victim's family, " a local report said quoting a judge.
One of the victim's family members had thrown a bag filled with gold over a bridge during the ransom drop-off. The victim had been subsequently released with his head covered and hands tied.
