Kathmandu, March 29 – Information and Communicaton Minister -Madhav Prasad Poudel has directed the Nepal Telecome to solve recently raising problems in its services.
With the aim to increase the quality of services in NT's product,the conversation held between various related parties including the Minister Poudel made NT to focous on the quality service.
The Minister has further ordered NT to present its challenges,peoples comments on its services along with the method to solve the problems for quality services within 15 days to the ministry office.
