Gold, silver become slightly dearer

KATHMANDU, AUGUST 12: Gold and silver prices plummetted slightly in the Nepali market on Monday.
The price of gold went down by Rs 100 per tola (11.66 grams) on the second trading day of the week. It had experienced a rise of Rs 700 per tola on Sunday.
Fine gold is being traded at Rs 148,700 per tola, down from Rs 148,800 per tola on Sunday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association
Similarly, the price of silver decreased by Rs 5 per tola today
