Global IME marks its 18th anniverary

KATHMANDU, JANUARY 3: Global IME Bank Limited has celebrated its 18th anniversary. A special event was held yesterday at the bank's corporate office in Kamalpokhari to mark the anniversary. During this program, Chandra Prasad Dhakal, Chairman of Global IME Bank, emphasised the bank's commitment to enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction while pursuing business expansion and mergers.

Also the president of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), he stressed the importance of modernizing banking services through digitalization and technological advancements, while prioritizing security measures.

Mr. Dhakal highlighted the bank's significant achievements over its 18-year journey, solidifying its position as a leader in various financial indicators. He attributed this success to the bank's unwavering adherence to government regulations and Nepal Rastra Bank's guidelines, emphasizing the crucial role of diligence and dedication in achieving organizational goals.

Speaking at the same program, Surendra Raj Regmi, Chief Executive Officer of the bank, outlined the bank's strategic vision for the future, emphasizing a focus on providing innovative and customer-centric banking solutions in the digital age.

During the event, in recognition of their long-standing dedication, the bank honored 166 employees serving the bank for 15 years. Chairman Dhakal presented awards to these esteemed employees during a special ceremony.
