KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 24: Sipradi Trading, the official distributor of Tata Motors in Nepal, has launched the new Tata Curvv EV, making its top variant available in the country. It did so yesterday by holding a program in the capital.

Tata claims that the Curvv EV will gain popularity in the Nepali market due to its advanced design and cutting-edge technology. In India, the model is available in five variants, while Nepal will receive only the top variant, priced at NPR 5.7 million.

The Tata Curvv EV features a refined dual-tone white and grey interior with a 12.3-inch floating infotainment touchscreen on the dashboard. Higher variants also include a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. The vehicle is equipped with LED lighting, touch-based climate control, and a panoramic sunroof, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.

Focusing on safety, the Curvv EV includes six airbags, an electronic parking brake system, hill start and descent assist, a driver attention detection system, and a blind-spot monitor. It also features an automatic emergency braking system that prevents collisions with vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists by engaging automatic braking when necessary.

The Curvv EV comes with two battery pack options: a 45 kWh variant that offers a range of 430 km with a torque of 215 Nm, and a 55 kWh variant that provides a range of up to 502 km with a motor power of 98 kW. With a ground clearance of 186 mm and a 5-star safety rating, Tata Motors aims to set new benchmarks for electric mobility in Nepal.
