FinMin asks private players to invest in Lumbini

KATHMANDU, MARCH 27: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Bishnu Prasad Paudel, has emphasized that Lumbini Province holds significant investment potential.
Pledging to further enhance an investment-friendly environment, he encouraged the private sector to invest in the region.
Speaking at a discussion program organized by the Kantipur Media Group in Rupandehi yestrday, the Minister urged the business community to explore investment opportunities in Lumbini.
He stated that Lumbini has the potential to drive the country’s overall economy to new heights and called for collective efforts to advance urban development, education, healthcare, and industrial growth in the region.
Additionally, he assured that the Gautam Buddha International Airport would soon be operating at full capacity.
