Soaltee Hotel’s net profit up by 11 percent

KATHMANDU, APRIL 12: Soaltee Hotel Limited has earned a net profit of Rs 412.3 million in the nine months of the current fiscal. The very profit amount is 11 percent more compared to that of the correspondng period last year (Rs 371.1 million).

The gross profit of the hotel increased by 11.38 per cent during the review period to Rs 1.681 billion. Similarly, from mid-June to mid-March of 2023/24, the total expenditure was recorded at Rs 1.16 billion while the figure had been recorded at Rs 1.40 billion during the corresponding period last year. Likewise,  the Earnings Per Share (EPR) and the Net Asset Value Per Share  (NAVPS) of the hotel during the first nine months this year stands at Rs 4.44 and Rs 24.28. During the corresponding period last year, the EPR and NAVPS were calculated at Rs 4.20 and Rs 21.71.

Meanwhile, the paid-up of Soaltee Hotel stands at Rs 928.9 million and its reserve fund has Rs 1.35 billion.
