Singapore receives over 1.4 mln visitors in February

MARCH 13: A total of 1.44 million visitors arrived in Singapore in February, up 50 percent year-on-year, according to the latest statistics released by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB).
The Chinese mainland topped Singapore’s visitor source in February with nearly 327,000 travelers, followed by Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, and Britain, the data showed. China and Singapore implemented mutual 30-day visa-free travel in February. The STB estimated international visitor arrivals to reach 15 million to 16 million this year.
