Coca-Cola holding “Kathmandu is Cooking” on Mar 15
KATHMANDU, MARCH 11: The second edition of Coca-Cola’s campaign “Kathmandu is Cooking” is all set to take place on Friday, March 15 at the Hyatt Hotel Ground in Kathmandu, starting from 11 am.
“The campaign is a global phenomenon introduced by Coca-Cola to celebrate and encourage the passion for food in each city across the globe. It is an extension of Coca‑Cola’s global brand platform -Real Magic™– which invites everyone to celebrate the real magic of togetherness,” claims a press release issued today by the company
This year’s “Kathmandu is Cooking” will feature performances by renowned artists, including Indian artist Papon and Nepali talents such as The Elements, Vek, Sushant Ghimire, John & The Locals, and Prajina.
“Beyond being an event, it’s a colourful reflection of Nepali culture, stitching moments of togetherness,” Chandrika Kalia, Country Director for Coca-Cola in Nepal, was quoted as saying.
This edition is planned to showcase an array of exclusive combo offers and discounts, featuring the participation of over 25 Momo vendors, according to her.
Similarly, Deepak Senthil Nath, Managing Director of Bottlers Nepal Ltd., reportedly said, “The second edition of “Kathmandu is Cooking” marks a significant milestone in our journey. This year’s event promises an unparalleled celebration, and we are excited to enhance the experience for our consumers with more vendors, exciting offers, and a vibrant atmosphere.”
