Gold price hits new record high

KATHMANDU, MARCH 5: The price of gold has today reached a new record high of Rs 123 thousand per tola. According to the Federation of Nepal and Golder Silver Dealers’ Association, the very figure is more by a whopping Rs 2000 per tola compared to yesterday. In the international bullion market, the price of yellow metal rose by as high as 1.44 per cent to US $ 2113 per ounce on Monday. Because of this, the market value of gold also has a steep increase here in the country.
Meanwhile, the silver is being traded at 1,445 per tola. The price is more by Rs 35 per tola compared to Monday.
