Global IME comes up with a special home loan offer

KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 13: Global IME Bank Ltd. has lately come up with a special home loan offer. Under the offer, a loan of up to Rs 120 million will be floated at a fixed rate of 9.99 percent for a tenure of up to 10 years.

Similarly, the fixed interest rate of 10.49 is set for 10 to 15 years while the very interest rate for above 15 years stands at 10.99 percent. According to the bank, the customers can get the home loan within 2 days of applying for the same with the necessary documents.

The loan will be disbursed by all 356 branch offices of the bank spread over all 77 districts of the country.
