Gold price hits new record

KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 4: The price of yellow metal has recorded an all-time high and is being traded at Rs 121,600 per tola (11.6 grams) in the domestic market today. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of hallmark gold has increased by Rs 800 per tola today as compared to Sunday when it traded at Rs 120,800 per tola.
Similarly, the price of worked gold has been fixed at Rs 121,000 per tola on Monday as against Rs 120,200 on Sunday. Silver is being traded at Rs 1,545 per tola today.
