WorldLink walks away with “Digital Transformation Award 2023”

KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 16: WorldLink Communications, the biggest Internet Service Provider in the country, has bagged away the “Digital Transformation Award” for 2023.  The award was given by the Asian-Oceanian Computing Trading Orgnisation (ASOCIO) at a special ceremony held recently in Seoul of South Korea.

“As WorldLink developed critical infrastructure to provide high-speed internet services to the inhabitants of Karnali and other remote regions of Nepal, the award was presented to it for these commendable efforts,” states the ASOCIO.

The latest achievement underscores our unwavering commitment to revolutionizing connectivity and bridge the digital divide in Nepal, according to the WordLink.

Some 24 different ICT- related organisations/institutions belonging to New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Singapore, India, China, Nepal, etc are affiliated with this international organisation.

The Digital Transformation Award is presented every year to the ICT-related companies of the related countries.

Established in 1995, WorldLink has 900,000 active consumer accounts and 2,000 business accounts. Similarly, it boasts 25,000 subscribers to its NET TV IPTV service and 700,000 fiber-to-home customers. The company covers 73 of the nation’s 77 districts.
