KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 28: NIC Asia Bank has today announced to sell 513 thousand 3 hundred 25 units of shares through a bidding process. The existing bank promoters and other eligible individuals/companies can submit their bid applications for at least 1,000 units of shared by quoting a minimum of Rs 204 per share.
The submission period is till March 10. According to NIMB Ace Capital, the Issue Manager of the Bank, th bidding documents shall be submitted along with the neccesary Good For Payment cheque.
