KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 21: Siddharth Bank Limited has held its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Baluwatar in the capital today. The meet, among others, approved 4.21 percent i.e. 593 million 188 thousand of its paid-up capital worth Rs 14 billion 89 million 980 thousand 100 as a cash dividend.
Similarly, the consolidated financial statements of the bank’s subsidiary company “Siddhartha Capital Ltd” for 2022/23 were presented during the meeting. Apart from this, the Auditor’s appointment and endorsement of the Due Diligence Audit also took place.
