KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 28: United Trader Syndicate (UTS), the authorised dealer of the Toyota brand of four-wheeler, has announced its partnership with National Table Tennis Champion Nabita Shrestha as part of the brand’s global initiative titled “Start Your Impossible.” It did so by holding a press conference in the capital yesterday.
“The partnership not only marks a significant step towards fostering excellence in Nepali sports but also aligns with the UTS’s commitment to promoting a culture of growth, inspiration and community engagement,” read a press statement issued by the company.
Nabita is a nine-time national woman champion in table tennis who has also represented Nepal in prestigious international events like the Sout Asian Games, World Table Tennis Champioship, etc. Moreover, she is alsi actively engaged in social works related to supporting earthquake victims and childen with AIDS.
“With this partnership, she has become the first Nepali player to represent as globally renowned brand as Toyota. She will be joining over 200 other athelets worldwide projecting the brand as Global Team Toyota Athelet (GTTA) under the Start Your Impossible,” the UTS informed.
