Kathmandu, Aug 6. New mobile brand Tambo has entered the Nepal market with 6 feature phones and 2 smart phones. After doing tremendously well in India, this will be Tambo’s first foray in the international market. Tambo Mobiles had launched 10 models in April 2018 in India.
Shankaracharya Mobile Pvt. Ltd. will import and sell Tambo mobile in Nepal. The company will release limited models of smartphones and feature phones in the market.
The company will release 6 models of feature phones, also called Tambo Powerphones and 2 models of smart phones, called Tambo Superphones. TA-2 and TA 3 by Tambo are the smartphones that are among the best selling phones in India combined with several premium features like Full View and Face unlock.
Tambo mobiles will also provide 200 days replacement warranty and 365 days screen replacement warranty on all models.

All Tambo phones available in Nepal have features like Full view display, face recognition, fingerprint sensor, which are generally available in premium smartphones only.
These phones support 4G VoLTE and include features like wi-fi, Bluetooth, GPS and headphone jack.
Customers can buy Tambo mobile phones form retailers and channel partners throughout Nepal from today.
