KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 5: Nirjal Dhungana has been appointed as Editor of the English Edition of aarthiknews.com. President of Media Eye Private Limited, Indra Baniya and Chief Editor Sitaram Bhattarai, welcomed him during a program held at the office of the online portal in the capital yesterday.
Dhunagana, who embarked upon the field of journalism some two decades back, boasts extensive experience of working in about a dozen of media channels, including newspapers, online news portals, and magazines. Additionally, he has acted as language editor of some books published by the Nepal-China Society.
Speaking during the program, Baniya expressed hope that the overall reach of aarthoknews.com will be further expanded with Dhungana leading its English edition.
“I am fully committed mobile my skills and experiences to take the news portal to the next level,” said Dhungana.
Likewise, Bhattarai viewed that the appointment of the new editor will help arthiknews.com to fulfill its vision of constantly setting new benchmarks in the Nepali journalism sector.
