Global IME Bank to distribute 1 percent bonus share and 8 pecent cash dividend

KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 14:  Global IME Bank has made a gross profit of 6.81 billion in the last fiscal year. This was disclosed during the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank held today in the capital. The meeting also proposed to distribute 1 per cent and 8 per cent of the gross profit as bonus share and cash dividend respectively to the shareholders.

Following the distribution of the total dividend of 9 per cent, the paid-up capital of the bank will stand at Rs 36.12 billion.

In 2021/22, the bank collected a total deposit of Rs 439 billion and floated Rs 374 billion as credit. Similarly, it posted an operating profit of Rs 12.69 billion.
