KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 30: The current weather conditions in Nepal are influenced by the westerly wind and a low-pressure area developed around Rajasthan, India. The weather is expected to be partly to generally cloudy with the possibility of light rain in some areas of the hilly region.
As per the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the present weather is partly cloudy in the Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, including the hilly regions, and generally fair in the rest of the regions. The forecast indicates that it will be partly to generally cloudy in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Karnali provinces, with generally fair conditions in other areas by the afternoon. There’s a chance of light rain in some places of Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces and the hilly region. Additionally, light snowfall is possible in a few places in the high-hilly and mountainous regions.
Tonight, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy in the hilly regions, including Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces. There are chances of light snowfall at one or two places in the high-hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces tonight. The sky in the Kathmandu Valley is reported to be partly cloudy.
