Ncell capital gain tax dispute in SC full bench

Kathmandu, May 7 . The dispute regarding the due payment of capital gain tax by Malaysian company Axiata and Ncell Nepal for the purchase of Nepal’s largest private telecom provider, Ncell is to be presented before the full bench of the Supreme Court for a final verdict.
A joint bench of justices Sapana Pradhan Malla and Prakash Kumar Dhungel today issued an order to send the matter to a full bench, considering seriousness of the issue. The hearing to this effect is scheduled for coming June 4.
