Senior Filmmaker Shiva Regmi dies

Kathmandu, Dec 9 – Senior filmmaker Shiva Regmi breathed his last on Monday morning.
Regmi died at 5:30 AM on December 9, 2013 while undergoing treatment at Vayodha Hospital in Balkhu in the Capital.
He was suffering from kidney ailment since six months and the medical conditions didn’t allowed him to perform the kidney transplant operation.
On December 7, the doctors had given hopes and predicted him to die within hours. The condition improved and he lived in ventilator for a couple of days before giving up on life.
Regmi is best known for his film Aafanta','Aafno Maanche', 'Eh Mero Hajur', 'Muglan,' 'Sukkha Dukkha,' 'Haami Teen Bhai,' 'Kaha Bhetiela,' among other successful movies.
