Miss Nepal US Bartikai rai Awarded $5000

US, August 18 – Bartika Rai was crowned "Miss Nepal America 2013" held at New York on August 17, 2013. Miss US Nepal has got $5000 along including scholarship and gift certificates.

 

A 22 year old Rai in the beauty pageant won 16 finalists to get the crown.

 

Similarly Anuja Thapa Magar, 23, from California won the first runner-up and Sony Pathak, 22, from Austin, Texas won the second runner-up title.

 

The first runner-up and the second runner-up were awarded prizes worth $3000 and $2000 respectively along with other gift certificates.
