Bill on investment facilitation tabled in HoR

KATHMANDU, JULY 7: The Bill to Amend Some of Nepal's Acts Related to Investment Facilitation, 2081 BS, was tabled in the second meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) today. The bill, which originated in the HoR and was passed by the National Assembly, was received in the lower house along with a message from the upper house.

Secretary at the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Suresh Adhikari, presented the bill along with the message. It was endorsed by the National Assembly, the upper house of the Federal Parliament, today itself.

The bill, once passed by both houses of Parliament, will come into effect after the President authenticates it. The HoR will next meet at 11:00 am on July 8.
