Nepali passport team arriving in Portugal to collect applications for e-passport

LISBON (PORTUGAL), JULY 22: A joint squad from the Department of Passport, Kathmandu, and the Nepali Embassy in France is arriving for the convenience of Nepalis facing passport-related issues. The team is scheduled to collect e-passport applications through a mobile camp in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal.
According to the Nepali Embassy in Paris, the service, coordinated and facilitated by the Honorary Consulate of Nepal in Lisbon, Portugal, will be available from August 2 to 11.
Nepal's Ambassador to France, Sudhir Bhattarai, said the Department's Director, Moti Bahadur Shrees, will lead the three-member team. The services will cater to those with various passport-related issues like expiry, less than one year validity period, loss and distribution to those born in Portugal.
