Over 800 units of Neta V sold nationwide

CG Motors attributes this milestone to cutting-edge technology and superior engineering

KATHMANDU, AUGUST 21: CG Motors, the authorized distributor of the Neta V brand, has announced the sale of over 800 units in the Nepali market. Issuing a press release yesterday, the company stated, "The achievement of this remarkable milestone testifies to the cutting-edge technology and superior engineering of this hatchback EV, offering a driving experience that seamlessly combines power, efficiency, and style."  CG Motors claimed that Neta EV is taking the leading in redefining electric mobility in the country. 

The four-wheeler is equipped with a 40.7 kWh battery for substantial capacity and a 50 kW motor for robust performance. The 120 Nm of torque, a swift 20-minute charge (boosting the battery from 30% to 80%), and a 380 km range on a single charge are other distinct features of the EV. It is powered by CATL’s lithium iron phosphate batteries, backed by an 8-year or 150,000 km warranty.

Meanwhile, CG Motors is expected to launch the Neta X soon, a sleek and sophisticated addition to its growing lineup. This new model promises to build on the success of the Neta V, with enhanced features and an even more refined driving experience. Furthermore, the company aims to introduce a 3-row, 7-seater SUV next year. "This new offering will expand our range, providing families and larger groups with a spacious, eco-friendly alternative to traditional vehicles," concluded the release.
