Cimex Inc. launches BYD ATTO 3 2024 version

KATHMANDU, AUGUST 26: Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of BYD Auto Industry Co. Ltd., has officially launched the 2024 version of the BYD ATTO 3 in Nepal.  The company did so by holding a program yesterday at Durbar Marg in  the capital.

Positioned as Nepal's first sporty electric SUV, the BYD ATTO 3  seems to have quickly gained popularity, with over 3,000 units sold in less than two years.

The newly launched electric vehicle (EV) features several upgrades and new features aimed at enhancing the driving experience. Among the most notable changes is the introduction of a new Cosmos Black color option, along with a refreshed interior featuring a Black + Blue color scheme.

Exterior enhancements include a redesigned rear badge, now displaying a sleek "BYD" insignia instead of the previous "Build Your Dreams" branding. Additionally, the D-pillar, previously silver with dragon scale patterns, now comes in black, further emphasizing the vehicle's sporty aesthetics. The infotainment screen has also been upgraded, expanding from 12.8 inches to an impressive 15.6 inches. 

"A key highlight of the new BYD ATTO 3 is the introduction of the BYD App, a cutting-edge application that offers vehicle owners enhanced control over their driving experience. Through the app, users can monitor vehicle range and power levels, check tire pressure, confirm door and window closure, locate the vehicle remotely, and even control the air conditioning, horn, and lights," states the company. 

"Built on BYD's e-Platform 3.0 and powered by the ultra-safe Blade Battery, the BYD ATTO 3 continues to lead in both innovation and sustainability. The new "Camping Mode" in the DiLink system further adds to the vehicle's versatility, making it an ideal choice for outdoor enthusiasts."

The BYD ATTO 3 2024 version is available in four color options: Cosmos Black, Ski White, Boulder Grey, and Surf Blue.

BYD ATTO 3 Advanced (100 kW, 49.92 kWh Battery Pack) is priced at Rs 56.90 lakh while BYD ATTO 3 Superior (100 kW, 60.48 kWh Battery Pack) costs Rs 67.80 lakh
