Jyoti Development not to distribute dividends this year too

Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited has decided not to distribute dividends this year.
In its meeting held on December 12 (Mangsir 27), the company's board of directors made such a decision. The gathering also approved the submission of the audited financial report for the previous fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
The bank has not issued dividends since the fiscal year 2078/79 (2021/22), when it distributed a 3% bonus share and a 3.8% cash dividend for tax purposes.
