MAW Vriddhi bags away "Shangri-La New Energy Strategy Award 2024"

KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 30: MAW Vriddhi Autocorp Pvt. Ltd., the official importer of Changan and Deepal EVs in Nepal, has been awarded the Changan's prestigious 'Shangri-La New Energy Strategy Award 2024 'for its exceptional contributions to advancing new energy initiatives and creating a significant impact in the Nepalese automobile market.

This esteemed accolade was presented to Mr. Vishnu Kumar Agarwal, Chairman of MAW Vriddhi Autocorp, during the Changan Global Partners' Conference held recently in Chongqing, China. The award recognizes MAW Vriddhi's commitment to sustainable mobility and its successful promotion of EVs in Nepal, fostering a greener and smarter future.

 After the launch of Deepal Electric Vehicles (EVs) by MAW Vriddhi in Nepal 8 months ago, over 700 units of Deepal EVs have been sold.

Deepal EVs feature over 15 first-time innovations, including a welcome seat, sunflower touchscreen, augmented reality head-up display, gesture control, and headrest and outdoor speakers, making it one of the most popular EVs in the Nepalese market in a short period.
