Life insurance business grows by 10.33% in 8 Months
Reliable and Citizen take lead; what about other companies?

KATHMANDU, MARCH 24: In the first eight months of the current fiscal year, the business of life insurance companies has increased by 10.33%. In the first eight months of the last fiscal year, these companies had conducted a total business of Rs. 98.53 billion, whereas in the same period of the current fiscal year, the business volume has reached Rs. 108.71 billion.
Among the companies with the highest business growth during the review period are Reliable Life and Citizen Life. Reliable Life recorded a 20.66% growth, while Citizen Life achieved a 20.43% increase.
Similarly, National Life, Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life, and Suryajyoti Life have recorded 17.87%, 17.63%, and 17.29% business growth, respectively. However, the business of the state-owned Rastriya Beema Company has declined.
