SC orders to give affiliation to B & C College to teach medical courses

KATHMANDU, MARCH 26: The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an order in the name of the government to issue affiliation for B & C Medical College of Birtamod, Jhapa. Justices Dr Kumar Chudal and Saranga Subedi handed down the verdict yesterday.
Spokesperson of SC Bed Prasad Upreti shared that a verdict was issued on Monday instructing the government to grant affiliation to the college for running medical courses. The full text of the verdict will be available later. Medical entrepreneur Durga Prasain had lodged a writ petition at the SC in 2077 BS seeking an order to grant affiliation to his college.
