Fuel prices go down

KATHMANDU, JANUARY 16 : The prices of diesel, petrol and kerosene have each been slashed by Rs 1 per litre by the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) from today. As per the revised list, Rs 166 per liter is fixed for petrol in the Kathmandu valley while it will cost Rs 163.50 per liter in the areas bordering with India.
Similarly, diesel and kerosene will now cost Rs 156 per liter each in the valley while their price has been set at Rs 153.50 per liter in the border areas.
Earlier, on December 15, the NOC cut down the prices of these petroleum products by Rs 3 per lite on December 15.
