Chaudhary now new prez of NADA

KATHMANDU, JANUARY 5: Karan Chaudhary has been elected unopposed as president of the NADA Automobile Association. It was announced during the program of the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association held today in the capital. Other three aspirants for the said post-Akash Golchha, Prakash Kapuri, and Nawaraj Dallakoti- supported Chaudhary to lead the apex body of Nepali automobile fraternities.  He, who holds the designation of Executive Director of C.G Holding, is the youngest president the very body has so far seen.

Addressing the event, Chaudhary said, “The entire automobile industry is currently dogged by a severe crisis. As such, my priority will be to enable the industry to tide over the crisis through collaboration with all the related parties.”

Other members of the executive committee of the Association, who were also elected unopposed include Rajan Babu Shrestha, Surendra Kumar Upreti, Milan Babu Malla, Deependra, Kumar Mishra, Pankaj Agrawal, Kapil Siwakoti, Bikram Singhaniya, Nawaraj Bhusal, Akash Golchha and Nirakar Shrestha.
