NIFRA to distribute 4.21 percent cash dividend

KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 8. Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has proposed a 4.21 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from its profit in fiscal 2022/23.

The bank’s 234th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held recently in the capital came up with the very proposal. The dividend will be distributed after being endorsed by the Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the bank.

Last year too, the NIFRA had distributed the same percentage of dividends. Its current paid-up capital amounts to Rs 21.60  billion.
