Laxmi Bank’s 22ndAnnual General Meeting

Kathmandu, Jan 12. Laxmi Bank’s 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held today 12^th January 2023at Kathmandu.

The AGM discussed and approved the Directors’ Report and the Financial Statements for the financial year 2021/22 (2078/79) and also appointed statutory auditors for the financial year 2022/23 (2079/80).

Laxmi Bank closed the financial year 2021/22 with a balance sheet size of NPR 173 billion andnet profit of NPR 1.51 billion. All key financial indicators are well within prudential and regulatory norms.
