15th AGM of CBIL Capital Ltd held today

Kathmandu, Oct 22.  Annual General Meeting of CBIL Capital Limited (subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited) was held today at the company’s office at Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu.

The AGM passed the agenda to distribute cash dividend of 25% from the company’s profit of Fiscal Year 2077-78.
