United Mewa Khola Hydropower Limited, Citizens Capital Limited sign deal

KATHMANDU, JANUARY 2: United Mewa Khola Hydropower Limited and Citizens Capital Limited signed an Initial Public Offering (IPO) Issue Management Agreement today at a program held yesterday in Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The agreement was inked by Aashish Thapa, Executive Chairman of United Mewa Khola Hydropower Limited and Sabir Bade Shrestha, CEO of Citizens Capital Limited.
As per the agreement, Citizens Capital Limited (A subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited) will manage the IPO of United Mewa Khola Hydropower Limited for the Issuance of ordinary shares to the affected local and to the general public as well.
United Mewa Khola Hydropower Limited is developing the 50-MW “Mewa Khola Jalbidhyut Ayojana” in the Taplejung District.
