Surkhet to have covered hall

Surkhet, Jan 9 -The National Sports Council has allocated Rs 10 million to construct a covered hall in Surkhet district.

 

The District Sports Development Committee, Surkhet, has begun construction of the covered hall. It has given priority to construct the sports facility on the land near the Office of the Committee, said chairman of the Committee Dilli Subedi.

 

The covered hall would have facilities for playing volleyball, athletics, wushu, karate, taekwondo, basketball, and table tennis, among other games.
