Nepal to compete with Uzbekistan in U-19 Championship today

Kathmandu, Oct 4 – The national football team of Nepal is competing with Turkmenistan in the opening match of U-19 championship at Doha in Al-Arabi stadium on Friday.
Nepal along with India, Uzbekistan and Qatar have been in team A.
The winner in the championship will get an opportunities to participate in AFC championship 2014 to be held at Myanmar.
The Nepali under nineteen players will be playing under the Captainship of Sulav Maske.
The other players include:
Goalkeeper: BIrendra Bahadur Chand, Alan Neupane and Drona Thapa
Defender: Bibek Basnet, Kalu Thapa, Brijesh kumar Singh, Bibek Kumar Panta, Neeraj Basnet, Sanjaya Rajbahak and Aaditya Chaudhary.
Midfileder : Sulav Maske, BHusan Subba, Anil gurung, Dheeraj Tamang and Heman Gurung.
Forward: Suman Lama, Asim jung Karki and Ram Thapa.
The championship will be held till 12th October ( Asoj 26). Nepal will continuously compete with India, Uzbekistan and organizer Qatar on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday respectively.
