CAN charged for violating economic discipline

Kathmandu, August 27 – The supreme organization of world cricket (ICC) has decided to charge one crore rupees fine to Cricket Association Nepal(CAN). ICC is charging fine to Nepal for its inability to submit economic report timely.
CAN need to submit economic report after every three months. However, it was unable to present its third and first quarterly report of 2012 and 2013 respectively.
Asian Cricket Council has blamed CAN for violating 'economic discipline'.
CAN in order to secure from financial punishment has sent a letter accepting its mistake to ICC. CAN has also requested ICC to revise its decision. However, reply has not come yet.
