Afganistan Defeated Nepal by 84 runs

Kathmandu, August 20 – In an ongoing Asian Cricket Council Emerging Teams Cup held at Singapore, Nepal has been defeated by India U23 by 84 runs.
India has given a target of of 269, and restricted them to 184/8 in their allotted 50 overs. Lokesh Rahul top scored for India with 88 runs off 123 balls, while Unmukt Chand too made an impressive 61 off 77 balls.
Nepal will now play with Pakistan U23 players on Wednesday. Nepal will get entry to further game only after its victory over Pakistan with large score differences. Nepal's entry in further game is possible if Afghanistan gets defeated against India as well.
