NIMB Ace Capital appinted as Issue Manager of Nepal Micro Insurance

KATHMANDU, AUGUST 7: NIMB Ace Capital Ltd. has been appointed as an Issue Manager for issuing a total of 22,50,000 units of ordinary shares of Nepal Micro Insurance Company Limited (NMIC).
An agreement in this regard was signed yesterday by Mr. Mrigendranath Rimal, Chief Executive Officer of NIMB Ace Capital and Mr. Sachindra Dhungana, General Manager of NMIC.
The said volume of shares will be sold to the general public at the face value of NPR 100/- each in the near future upon SEBON approval.
