Soaltee Hotel to hold AGM on Dec.19

KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 21: Soltee Hotel Limited has scheduled its 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for December 19 (Poush 4) at 11:00 AM at the Nepal Academy in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

During the meeting, the hotel plans to propose a 36% dividend distribution from the profit of the fiscal year 2080/81. This includes 10% as bonus shares and 26.8421% as cash dividends, bringing the total to 36.8421%.

This year’s proposed dividend is 5.2632% higher compared to last year when the hotel distributed a total of 31.5789%, consisting of 5% bonus shares and 26.5789% cash dividends.

The AGM will discuss and approve this proposal along with other agenda items.
