Sarbottam Cement proposes 10% dividend for shareholders

KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 19: Sarbottam Cement Limited has announced a 10% dividend proposal from its profit for the last fiscal year 2023/24 During a board meeting held yesterday, the company decided to distribute a 7% bonus share and a 3% cash dividend, including taxes, based on its paid-up capital of Rs. 4.65 billion.

The company also scheduled its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for January 10 at 11 AM at Hotel Vilasa, Bhairahawa, Rupandehi, to approve the proposed dividend and other agendas.

Similarly, a book closure was announced for December 27 by Sarbottam Ceement. Those shareholders registered by December 26 will be eligible to attend the meeting and receive the dividend.
