Nerude, Mirmire to commence integrated operation from Mar 13

KATHMANDU, MARCH 10: Nerude Microfinance Company Limited and Mirmire Microfinance Company Limited, which have already decided to merge, are planning to start their integration operation on March 13. They will commence the operation under the name of the new merged entity Nerude Mirmire  Microfinance Company Limited.

On March 30, the two companies signed a final Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to coalesce into one.

Till the end of the last fiscal year,  Neruda had a paid-up capital of Rs 730.2 million while this kind of capital of Mimire stood at Rs 653.3 million.
