Mountain Energy Nepal Limited announces 79 percent cash dividend

KATHMANDU, JANUARY 8: Mountain Energy Nepal Limited has announced distributing a 79 per cent cash dividend and 15 per cent bonus share to its shareholders. The board meeting of the company held yesterday in the capital did do.
The Electricity Regulation Commission shall approve the proposed dividends and then they have to be endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company before distribution.
Last year, Mountain Energy Nepal Limited shareholders received just a 10.53 cash dividend.
