NA committee endorses draft of E-Commerce Bill

Kathmandu, Nov 1. The Legislative Management Committee under the National Assembly has endorsed the draft report of the Bill relating to E-commerce, 2080 BS. According to Committee President Jayanti Rai, the draft passed by the Committee today is to be presented before the NA session on Thursday.
The bill that was originated in the NA has already witnessed the clause-wise deliberations in the Committee. The government proposed the Bill that aims to regulate and systematize the electronic business in the face of increasing supplies of goods and services through electronic means.
