NYEF formed a New Governing Council
Kathmandu, July 10. The Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum (NYEF) has constituted a new executive committee for the year 2080/81 with Ms. Sahara Joshi as the President through the 19th Annual General Meeting held on Sunday, July 9, 2023.
The 19th Annual General Meeting of the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum (NYEF) took place on July 9, 2023, at the Radisson Hotel in Kathmandu. The 19th AGM centered around the theme “Nation First”. Focusing on the theme “Nation First”; the activities this year were aimed atpromoting Made in Nepal entrepreneurs and their products. Additionally, the objectives for this year also included strengthening the chapter, increasing organizational visibility, and exerting a strong influence at all three levels of government.
The event was inaugurated by Ministry of Industry Commerce and supplies minister Honorable Ramesh Rijal, and Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal presided over it as the guest of honor. Various invitees from partner organizations were also present.
During the event, a new National Governing Council was formed, they are President Ms. Sahara Joshi, Immediate Past President Mr. Ritesh Lamichhane, 1st Vice President Mr. Kushal Sundar Shrestha, 2nd Vice President Ms. Nivita Pradhan, Women Vice-President Ms. Reecha Shrestha .
Similarly, Executive Members Ms. Bilasha Shrestha, Mr. Sudip Ghimire, Mr. Krishna Sapkota, Mr. Pavitra Bahadur Gautam, Mr. Aabhushan Jyoti Kansakar, and Mr. Yunesh Raj Shrestha was formed.
The forum’s past activities and future initiatives were also presented during the occasion. The newly elected President, Ms. Sahara Joshi, shared her vision for the year 2023-24, while all other committee members reaffirmed their commitment to advance the spirit of entrepreneurship and development, aligning with the forum’s core values.
NYEF will continue its efforts to contribute to a positive and prosperous Nepal, aiming to be an exemplary organization in the field of entrepreneurship and youth., “NYEF has consistently supported aspiring young entrepreneurs through various programs, and we will further strengthen this movement by continuing initiatives such as the Young Women Entrepreneurs’ Summit, Leaders Project, Made in Nepal Campaign, and more”, newly elected president Ms. Joshi stated.The new committee also emphasized the importance of promoting regional and international linkages between entrepreneurs to foster learning and growth.
