Suzuki launches “Workshop on Wheels” for Nepalese customers

Kathmandu, Feb 9. CG|Motocorp, the authorized distributor of Suzuki cars to Nepal has introduced “Workshop on Wheels (WOw)” to offer car service at customers’ doorsteps. The new initiative is a smart workshop on the move to offer customers the option of availing Suzuki service at their doorsteps, said a company statement, adding that the ‘Workshop on Wheels’ is equipped with all modern tools and technologies to undertake service, repairs, and other related jobs for all Suzuki passenger vehicles.
According to Mr. Shyam Shrestha, General Manager- Service and Parts,” We are delighted to offer this unique service for our customers. The workshop built on a four-wheeler is designed to meet the entire service needs of our customers. this is a testament of our commitment to customer satisfaction. With this, the customer who is unable to visit the service or have a vehicle breakdown can benefit.”
Key features of Workshop on Wheels are given below:
- Manned by Suzuki certified service manpower
- Equipped with portable tools trolley for fast repairs
- Ergonomic storage racks for spare parts
- Provision for underbody inspection and repair
- Capable of performing periodic maintenance service and a majority of running repairs for all Suzuki passenger vehicles
The Service is currently available in Kathamandu, Pokhara, Narayanghat and Bhairahawawith plan for future expansion to all major cities.
